| Fruit Name: Chi Chi no mi Fruit Description: The Chi Chi no mi is a logia-type devil fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into blood at will, turning the user into a Blood Human. Like most other Logia fruits the user can simply use the fruit's power to become blood, thus absorbing the attack and remaining unharmed. Like some of the other Logia type Devil Fruits, this one allows his user to "fly", by turning his body or the lower part of it into blood, greatly enhancing his movement and speed. Unlike other fruits, he can solidify his fruit to the point in which it can be used as both a blunt and a sharp weapon. Perhaps the most unique feature of the fruit itself, is that uses his own blood, opposed to outside elements. Allowing him advantages. Fruit Techniques: Early - Spoiler:
Technique Name Chi Chi no Dangan - Blood Blood Bullet
Description: The user builds up access blood from their body and squeezes it outwards from their pores, forming at complete random. The blood is then propelled out of the body at extreme speeds in a hardened condensed state. Like a bullet. The size of the bullet itself being that of a marble.
Strength:
Unpredictable.
Able to pierce bronze and steel.
Weakness:
Not as Accurate.
Completely useless against higher quality materials.

Range: One to Fifty Meters
Technique Name Pitāpatā - Pitter Patter
Description: The user squeezes out more blood from their body now, solidifying and firing off a large amount of blood bullets from their body. The bullets rapid fire from the users body like that of a machine gun.
Strength:
Covers a wider range.
Able to pierce Bronze and Steel
Weakness:
Has a shorter range than predecessor.
Worthless against higher grade materials.
Usage: Two

Technique Name Sentō - Spire
Description: The user is able to use his blood like a mine, when an opponent reaches the area of effect the user can choose to fire out sharp extremities from the blood puddle that harden just before making contact with an object. The amount he can use at one time depends on the size of the pool of blood he is using.
Strength:
Sets off numerous tree-branch like piercing vines.
Able to pierce through Bronze and Steel.
Weakness:
Easily broken by opponent weaponry.
Worthless against higher grade material.

Technique Name Tōdaigusa - Spurge
Description: The user will open their mouth and spew out a mass of blood over an object. When the blood attaches itself to a target the user can immediately harden the substance, snaring weaker opponents. The opponent must have strength equal to half of the users Power to break free from the bloods grasp.
Strength:
Users must have at least 400 strength to break free.
Weakness:
Range causes effectiveness of technique to be lessened considerably.

Technique Name Fōku - Fork
Description: The user manipulates each of their fingers into solidified blood. Then they begin to rotate each finger so that they are like drills The piercing power of these newly found claws are enhanced to the point in which the user can clash with opponents weapons without having to let the weapon affect them.
Strength:
User can break any material besides Seastone.
Weakness:
User can pierce through Tier 1 materials only.

Technique Name Ketsueki aki - Blood Fall
Description: The user raises his head above his body and forcibly ejects a pillar of blood from his body that reaches into the air and explodes at the max distances of 25 meters, raining down over a fifty meter diameter sharpened needles of blood that make up for their piercing power with their range of effectiveness. Coating the battlefield with more blood, and infusing the blood into blood found in nearby corpses.
Strength:

Pierces skin of opponents.
Weakness:
Can not pierce armor.
Can not bypass armament.

Description: Similar to the Suna Suna no mi, the user is able to drain the blood out of an object entirely leaving the object with a lack of blood. As a result the longevity of the opponent is halved. This is a technique that is able to leave opponents without the ability to fight back. It does not kill opponents however, though the aspect of gaining the blood back into the body
