Overview
This is the most destructive and up-most dangerous of the Levels. It is only used on special occasions as not even Yonko will actively run into these armadas of violence and bloodshed. They do not have the ability to [Arrest] and they only serve to kill off players whom cause too much damage to an island of importance. As they are Buster Calls no mercy is shown to the player by these NPC and the best case scenario is to flee the Island. Survival of a Buster Call is usually very minimal, not even the CP9 would of survived the buster call if not for very special circumstances. These exist as the rare Omega class of enemies, as they are usually very devastating and in fact end up causing more damage to the island directed at than the pirate crew which would of been attacking the island. There are two variants of these, one which is inescapable, and one which you'd have to be pretty fucking strong to escape.

Overview: When initiated a mixture of Advanced and Experienced Units shall be summoned to the island chosen. The mixture is always random, however there will always be a total of five Vice-Admiral [NPC] involved. Each one comes with one unit of Advanced Units and two Experienced Units. This is a Buster Call, otherwise known as the call of the Grim Reaper. As they arrive on the island they do not seek out the players, thankfully, but rather simply attack everyone on the Island indiscriminately. Meaning you can end up sweeping other players into a Buster-Call without them noticing. There is no warning that a Buster Call is going to initiate either, unless you are physically looking out at the ocean.

Overview: Simply put, it is a buster call that is the same as a Buster Call level 1, the only major difference is that an Admiral is involved. These will never be used until a player has reached Admiral level in-character. However once they have , and these are issued. The Admiral is capable of issuing orders, though not control directly the actions of the NPC, and at his orders the type of attack changes. Regardless of what Admiral is summoned however, the mission is clear to eradicate the Island of all inhabitants or to capture them for arrest. That choice is left to the Admiral in charge. However only the Admiral themselves can [Arrest] suspects.

Bounty Earned
Survival of a Buster Call nets you no Bounty.
Participation of a Buster Call nets you no Bounty.
Admirals gain experience for a successful Buster Call.
Under special circumstances. If you are capable of surviving and defeating all of the Marines, meaning you have a godly ass crew such as the Whitebeard Pirates during the Marine Ford Arc, then you gain a significant Bounty.
