	Lyneel Kingdom Lvneel Kingdom refers to a kingdom in the North Blue. This is where Montblanc Noland was born and where he was executed. This is also Montblanc Cricket's ancestral home.[1] It is unknown if Lvneel was a member of the World Government, as the king said he had to ask Mariejois for permission first before entering the Grand Line.	0	0

	Pirates Tavern A popular hangout for Pirates located on a rather small island that spans a few miles containing its own port but also home to some of the best liquor in the Blues.	0	0
	Neutral Zone An island respected by both Pirates and Marines as a sacred ground no matter the rank of whoever chooses to step foot on it. Fighting is heavily frowned down upon within the borders of this area and will be met with swift, severe consequences. 	Bounty Headquarters The island consists of many different areas. Along the coast are many pointy and venomous corals that make it impossible to swim or navigate a ship without sufficient experience and skill. The corals are also avoided by Sea kings and dye the ocean around the island deep red. The majority of people live in the capital of the Nation that is surrounded by high mountains populated with big untameable vicious beasts.	0	0
	Smog Academy Smog Academy has extremely strange oddities many islands are not known to have. Among them is a large waterfall. It is always night-time on the island, even during large storms, there is still a cloud of smog above covering the island. There are also many whirlpools behind the island, and a giant gate, the Gate of Justice, which only ever opens a little bit to let the children of nobility through, and when opened stops the whirlpools because of the tides. The smog is a product of numerous factories owned by the world government and commissioned by the nobles to produce weapons in their defense.	0	0
